Das bewährte Rezepturenbuch mit über 130 Rezepturen für die traditionelle deutsche Wurstpalette von der Einfachqualität bis hin zu Spitzensorten.
Alle Rezepturen werden übersichtlich jeweils auf einem Blatt DIN A4 dargestellt. Zu jedem Rezepturenblatt gehören drei Tabellen (Rezeptur, Zutaten, chemische Analysewerte) und der Herstellungsablauf (Vorbereitungen, Fertigstellung, Weiterbehandlung).
Sowohl die fertige Wurst als auch die vorbereiteten Materialien werden farbig abgebildet. Die einzelnen Rezepturen sind nach Leitsätzen gegliedert.
